Timing

• Duration : Each oral presentation is allocated a total of 25 minutes.
• Presentation Time : 20 minutes for the presentation.
• Discussion Time : 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
• Schedule : Presenters will be placed in time slots (to be published on the conference website). Please check the website for your scheduled time and session. Make sure your presentation fits in the allocated time slot so as not to overstep the schedule. In case of overstepping the chairperson will have to interrupt your presentation.
• Chai r: Each session will have a chairperson who will introduce presenters and moderate the discussion. 

Languages

Authors should present in the language they selected for their abstract submission. However, discussions can take place in the four languages of the conference.
